As a Hotel Engineer, you'll be the behind-the-scenes expert who ensures everything in our hotel's environment works perfectly—from the lights overhead to the systems below. You're not just a fixer, you're a protector of guest experience, a guardian of comfort, and a crucial part of the journey our guests take with us.

What You'll Do:

• Inspect and maintain HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems.
• Troubleshoot problems and make on-the-spot repairs to keep operations flowing seamlessly.
• Respond immediately to urgent maintenance needs—from power outages and leaks to alarms and equipment failure.
• Act quickly and professionally to ensure safety and limit disruption.
• Tackle guest room maintenance requests efficiently and courteously.
• Be a friendly and professional presence when working in guest spaces.
• Follow brand, state, and local safety guidelines with precision.
• Conduct regular walkthroughs to identify and resolve potential hazards.
• Work hand-in-hand with housekeeping, front desk, and leadership to ensure a flawless guest journey.

What You Bring:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical or trade certification preferred
• Experience in hotels, resorts, or commercial maintenance
• Working knowledge of building systems including HVAC, electrical, and plumbing
• A proactive, guest-focused mindset and strong communication skills
• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs, use tools safely, and move comfortably in various work conditions
• Passion for problem-solving and a dedication to getting things done right the first time
