First Level Support

For our group company, Neumann Gruppe GmbH, we are looking for a First Level Support.

The position reports directly to the Head of Infrastructure. Your responsibilities include:

Acting as the first point of contact within the IT Operations Team and the single point of contact for our employees in global group companies.
Providing support for hardware and software issues, including mobile devices, both on-site at employee workstations and remotely.
Hands-on involvement in setting up and converting IT equipment for new workstations and during internal office relocations.
Recording, processing, and coordinating tickets to the appropriate departments.
Analyzing system requirements and identifying potential for optimization.
Assisting with the setup, configuration, operation, and further development of MS 365 products, including Azure and Intune (upgrades & updates).
Responsible for setting up user profiles, as well as handing over and instructing new employees on device usage as part of the onboarding process.
Creating, maintaining, and expanding documentation for hardware and software.

Your profile includes:

A background in IT, through formal training (e.g., IT systems integration) or as a career changer with proven, hands-on IT skills and experience.
A strong customer-oriented mindset and excellent communication abilities.
Fluency in both English and German is essential.
