Your Role:

You identify new business opportunities and trends. You build and maintain customer relationships. You are the driving force behind the implementation of growth strategies and support our sales team through lead generation and acquisition.

Your Responsibilities Include:

  • Winning and advising new business customers
  • Supporting the establishment of new sales channels and partnerships
  • Creating and closing offers
  • Remaining the main point of contact for your customers during onboarding
  • Creating reliable forecasts and maintaining our CRM system - Salesforce

We Are Looking For Someone Who:

  • Has several years of B2B sales experience
  • Possesses excellent communication skills
  • Is highly customer and service-oriented
  • Is results-oriented and number-savvy
  • Masters common sales techniques
  • Can apply these techniques effectively in sales conversations
  • Has a powerful, confident yet friendly demeanor
  • Shows a high level of self-motivation
  • Is willing to travel to meet clients

Application Process:

First, you will have a video call with HRBP Barbara Nagl. Then, another video call with Head of Sales Germany & Austria Hannah Kladivko and HRBP Barbara Nagl. Finally, you will meet us in person in our office in Vienna.

Team:

Your team includes Hannah, Claudia, Vladimir, and Aleksandar.
