You will be the main contact for the Data team with the Customer Experience (CX) and Product teams, responsible for meeting their data and analytics needs. This role involves the exploitation and interpretation of quantitative data from various sources (customer listening, surveys, web analytics, etc.), to produce clear summaries that allow CX experts to better understand the irritants, needs, and expectations of customers. The role also includes the operational management of tools and service providers dedicated to customer feedback management, such as Viavoo, GetFeedback, SurveyMonkey, or Screeb.
Contribute to the operation and maintenance of feedback collection tools (GetFeedback, Survey Monkey), the implementation of occasional or transactional surveys, and the exploitation of data to support the Product Direction business.
Collaborate with the data team to create and maintain Power BI reports that meet the needs of the CX, Support, and Product teams.
Assist the product team (including CX) in defining and monitoring KPIs (e.g. to drive customer satisfaction improvement).
Analyze quantitative and qualitative data and synthesize to help CX experts work on the irritants/needs/expectations of our customers.
Participate in the training of AI on the feedback management platform.
Manage the tools and service providers for feedback management (Viavoo, GetFeedback, SurveyMonkey, Screeb).
You have experience with feedback management tools.
Your level in SQL allows you to extract KPIs and perform analyses.
You have the ability to work with a data team to evolve automated reports on PowerBI.
You have experience in project management.
You are comfortable with quantitative analyses: NPS, OSAT, user behavior.
You have the ability to structure and synthesize data for different audiences (CX, Product…).
