Your next challenge Provides support for Marketing business decisions and implementation of Customer Value Management strategy by delivering analyses and statistical models (ie. segmentation models, complex analyses, customers profiles, etc)

What you'll be doing:

  • Generate regular and ad-hoc analysis and reports to provide Marketing Dept. with an in-depth understanding related with consumers behaviours and products performance;
  • Support Marketing campaigns in order to increase campaigns efficiencies;
  • Consults colleagues from other business areas to better define requirements in the analytical area.
  • Defines the objectives and requirements for data extraction
  • Use statistical, data mining and visualization techniques to model complex problems, to identify opportunities and solutions and to deliver actionable business insights.
  • Build models for different business topics to identify their causes, reasons, meanings and to explain effects.
  • Test, validate and implement models in the business activity in order to increase efficiencies.
  • Identifies areas where statistical analysis & modelling can add value
  • Develops analyses of customer base to unveil customer insights based on their behaviour and assess business impact
  • Identifies business opportunities and targeted marketing actions based on collected insights;
  • Provides recommendations based on insights from analyses, proactively identifies opportunities to improve / initiate direct marketing actions;
  • Uses customer information and data mining techniques to produce insights in order to provide analytical support to support business decisions
  • Define, test and validate customers and consumers segmentations based on multiple criteria;

You're a match

Studies: University degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Marketing

Work experience: Solid background in statistics, data mining Minimum 2 years in data science / similar role

Technical competencies: Clear understanding of analysis, reporting and evaluation systems as well as data requirements and technical environment to support these applications Solid MS Office (Excel - Advanced, Access, Word, PowerPoint); Solid PowerBI knowledge

Behavioural competencies: Manages ambiguity: Operates effectively, even when things are not certain, or the way forward is not clear Ability to execute on multiple projects with extensive detail coordination Customer focus: Builds strong customer relationships and delivers customer-centric solutions with high energy with a positive, customer-centric attitude Collaborates: Building partnerships and working collaboratively with others to meet shared objectives Drives Results: Consistently achieves results, even under tough circumstances. Communicates effectively: Developing and delivering multi-mode communications that convey a clear understanding of the unique needs of different audiences.
