Your main mission will revolve around the following axes:
Monitoring the Pluxee acceptance terminal fleet
Preparation and installation of Pluxee acceptance terminals
Migration of Pluxee acceptance terminals to bank terminals in a cost reduction logic
Maintenance, monitoring of acceptance terminals, as well as processing and analysis of merchant complaints related to the card, in order to guarantee their satisfaction
Activation and tests on the card network to develop the network of acceptance terminals and update their data
Management of requests from affiliates with an acceptance terminal (rolls, breakdowns)
Inventory of acceptance terminals
Monthly monitoring of inactive acceptance terminals according to BVR, with arbitration on their withdrawal or not
Recovery of inactive or broken acceptance terminals
Any other ad-hoc mission assigned by the Merchant direction
Profile sought
You are a person on the field
You have a sense of contact and persuasion
You are dynamic, proactive, rigorous and organized
You master French and computer tools
Degree required:
Technician Bac +2 or equivalent
Professional experience:
2 to 4 years of experience in operations, payments, field or a similar function
Languages:
French mandatory
