Pluxee is seeking a Data Engineer to join its international Hub & Spoke Data Competence Center. You'll be responsible for building scalable, governed data pipelines across Azure Synapse, Python, AWS Glue, and dbt, supporting analytics, self-service BI, and operational systems. You'll work in a hybrid cloud environment, collaborating with global and local teams to deliver high-quality, reusable data assets that power Power BI dashboards, CRM tools, and machine learning use cases.

Your mission as a Data Engineer is to build and maintain efficient, secure, and scalable data solutions on a hybrid multi-cloud infrastructure. You'll:

  • Develop robust ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Synapse and Python.
  • Leverage dbt and AWS Glue to support transformations across our modern cloud data stack (AWS & Azure).
  • Integrate data from diverse sources (APIs, SQL, NoSQL, flat files) with different latencies (batch, near real-time).
  • Implement curated data models to power Power BI datasets, CRM systems, and ML workflows.
  • Ensure data quality and governance compliance through validations, logging, lineage, and exception handling.
  • Collaborate with business teams, analysts, and global squads to deliver reliable, reusable data assets.
  • Contribute to global data platform evolution, sharing feedback and best practices across countries.

Education Requirements: Master’s degree in Computer Science or Data Engineering or equivalent.

Work Experience Requirements:

  • 2+ years designing and operating ETL/ELT pipelines.
  • Proven track record with Azure Synapse and Python (required).
  • Experience with dbt, AWS Glue, S3, Athena, or Redshift is a plus.
  • Familiarity with data warehousing, cloud data lakes, and structured modeling.
  • Background in international projects and cross-functional teamwork is value.
