Salesforce Analyst Intern
The Salesforce Analyst Intern is an entry-level, temporary role designed to support the Technology team in maintaining and enhancing Salesforce platform functionality. This role provides hands-on experience with Salesforce configuration, business process analysis, and end-user support while developing foundational skills in system analysis and enterprise applications. The Salesforce Analyst Intern assists the Salesforce team with analyzing business requirements, supporting system configurations, and maintaining day-to-day Salesforce operations. Under the guidance of senior team members, the intern will help improve system usability, support users, and document processes while learning Salesforce best practices in a real-world enterprise environment.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist with analyzing business processes and system requirements related to Salesforce
- Support configuration of Salesforce objects, fields, layouts, and basic workflows
- Help document system processes, user stories, and functional requirements
- Assist with testing system enhancements and new functionality
- Provide basic support to Salesforce end-users under supervision
- Help maintain system documentation and training materials
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand how Salesforce supports business operations
- Follow company policies related to data security, privacy, and confidentiality
