Client Advisor For Payroll Services

You know the client perfectly and can identify their needs in a precise and thoughtful way, in collaboration with your clients, colleagues, and external partners. Your expertise? The payroll service, where you will be the main contact for our clients for everything related to salary management and social legislation. Ready to take on the challenge?

What is your role like?

Every day is different. But my work always gives me satisfaction,” comments Arzu, a client advisor for payroll services in Saint-Nicolas in Flanders. What does a typical day look like?

• Whether our clients contact you by email or phone, you are ready to answer their socio-legal questions, as you master these subjects and are their contact for all things related to salary management and social legislation.
• You ensure that salary calculations are performed correctly and on time. Other operational tasks – collaboration with external partners, request for reports, updating client files – do not escape your vigilance.
• You visit a dozen clients per year to proactively evaluate how you can support them. Is the client looking for an HR software package? Is their prevention and well-being policy optimal? The client trusts you, because you are there to guide them in their needs.

Good to know: on your first day of work, you will be warmly welcomed and immediately dive into the heart of the matter with start@payroll, our training program in which you will be guided for three months. You will thus feel immediately at ease, ready to evolve as a client advisor for payroll services.

Do you recognize yourself in this description?

• You preferably hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree. Relevant professional experience is an asset. But what matters most to us is your enthusiasm to take on the challenge.
• Social security law, labor law, and social legislation in general are your preferred areas. Even better, they are your passion, and you continuously update your knowledge.
• At Liantis, there is a person behind the numbers and data. And this person, it’s you. You encode them precisely and punctually, with all the care and attention necessary.
• As a client advisor for payroll services, you place great importance on service and the human aspect. You are sociable and attentive to the client in order to identify their needs and respond to them. You are also attentive to external contacts like accountants, sector funds, or the ONEM, but also, of course, to your Liantis colleagues from our prevention and well-being services, social security fund, risk solutions...
• You are resistant to stress? That’s perfect, because client files are often complex. Regardless, with your colleagues, Liantis helps clients as quickly as possible.
