Trainee Product Development

As part of the 12-month learning programme, the trainee will be exposed to various Product Development processes and principles and get an opportunity to apply some of the theoretical knowledge gained from their learning institution through practical work experience.

The student must have completed all their theoretical modules for a Food Technology diploma and must submit a CV and provide a letter from their learning institution stating that work integrated learning is required in order for the qualification to be obtained.
