The Role:

Working as a service advisor alongside a results-oriented and highly dedicated service team within a newly refurbished state-of-the-art showroom, you'll have the opportunity to help drive our vision of defining and maintaining the exacting standards to which BMW customers truly deserve.

Roles and Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Deal with customer requirements for service and repair in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure the highest standard of Customer Service.
  • Assist with the loading of the workshop to ensure efficient utilisation of workshop capacity.
  • Carry out customer follow-up and prospecting activities to maintain and build the volume of work within the workshop.
  • Accurately prepare and cost customer invoices to Group Standards.
  • Build and maintain solid product knowledge through active participation in all manufacturer and internal training programs.
  • Assist in meeting and exceeding key departmental performance indicator targets.

To Be Successful In This Role You Will Have:

  • Experience in a similar client-facing / customer service role
  • Excellent customer service skills including a pleasant welcoming manner and the ability to relate to a wide range of people both in-person and via telephone
  • Demonstrated computer literacy including Microsoft Office, Excel etc..
  • Advanced MS office and general computer skills.
