Key Account Manager For Experiences

As a Key Account Manager for Experiences, your primary objective will be to grow and optimize a portfolio of global accounts across HBX Group. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced account manager to lead and develop a diverse client base, including national, regional, and global tour operators, OTAs, retail travel agencies, hotel chains, DMCs, and airlines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive growth and development of existing clients through proactive portfolio management.
  • Collaborate across HBX Group to identify and leverage opportunities within the Experiences ecosystem.
  • Understand and assess clients' critical needs, coordinating with internal teams to deliver effective solutions.
  • Monitor and analyze client performance on a daily/weekly basis to inform strategic actions.
  • Participate in weekly trading meetings, providing concise updates on client performance, market trends, and growth opportunities.
  • Ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions aligned with client needs.

Essential Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in B2B sales management, ideally within the travel or tourism industry.
  • Proven track record in growing revenue through existing accounts and managing key clients.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), and management information tools.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Degree or equivalent experience in Tourism or the Experiences sector.
  • Fluency in English; Spanish is highly desirable. Additional languages are a strong advantage due to the global nature of the role.

Skills & Experience

  • In-depth knowledge of the travel and tourism industry, particularly Experiences (e.g., activities, attractions, theme parks).
  • Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions and build mutually beneficial partnerships.
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently.
  • Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence decision-makers.
  • Highly organized with strong project management capabilities and attention to detail.
  • Comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • General understanding of technology and digital solutions (e.g., XML, white-label platforms).
  • Experience working across multiple regions with cultural awareness and sensitivity.
  • Willingness to travel up to 40% of the time.
