Responsibilities

• Assume full responsibility for commercial performance: Crush your sales targets by providing an exceptional customer experience, encouraging customers to buy additional essential products, and promoting our promotions to maximize our revenue.
• Excellence in piercing: Join the ranks of our piercing specialists through extensive training. Become a trusted advisor for our customers - by performing piercings, informing them about aftercare, maintaining a sterile environment, and answering their questions and concerns throughout the process.
• Create a stylish shopping experience: Maintain an Instagram-worthy store with perfect displays, organized inventory, and easy-to-shop layouts to make every store visit entertaining and enjoyable.
• Team Collaboration: Support the store manager by motivating the team, sharing sales tips, and creating a positive and dynamic atmosphere that customers (and your colleagues) appreciate.
• Brand Representation: Present Claire's products and services. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in fashion and social media to help customers find the best style for them. Use your knowledge to suggest products and boost sales.
• Store Operations: Play a key role in the behind-the-scenes magic that keeps our store running smoothly. Participate in handling deliveries, setting up visual displays, and engaging in exciting promotional activities that showcase the best of Claire's.
• Create Shareable Moments: Encourage customers to showcase their new accessories and piercings on social media, making their Claire's haul their next viral moment.

About You

• Passion for sales in your blood: You enjoy making sales, achieving your targets, and converting potential customers into buyers.
• Mastery of digital and social media: You know what's trending, what's viral, and how to translate that into an exceptional customer experience.
• Customer-focused mindset: You know how to listen, reassure, and make everyone feel confident and valued.
• Ready to go the extra mile: You are organized, self-motivated, and always ready to go above and beyond.

Professional Requirements

• You are capable of performing piercings and showing patience and empathy (especially with young or anxious clients).
• You are proficient in using a cash register.
• You are able to stand for your working hours and handle/lift weights between 11 to 35 kg.
• You are able to bend, turn, stoop, reach high objects, and climb on a stepladder or stool to place items in the store and help customers.
• You possess strong oral and written communication skills.
• You have good mathematical and written comprehension skills.
• You are passionate about fashion and interested in the latest trends.
• You are able to create a trendy look using our products during your position.
