We are seeking a Netherlands-based Logistics Support / Technical Coordinator to ensure the smooth running of logistics and technical support functions. The role works closely with colleagues in Cambridge (UK), Valkenburg (NL), and directly with RNLAF personnel.

Key responsibilities in this role include:

• Report to the Customer Support Manager.
• Receive, inspect, register, store, and distribute goods in line with receipt and assignment documents.
• Package sensitive materials and composite parts to Marshall standards.
• Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, and shortages, taking corrective action where required.
• Maintain accurate warehouse records in ERP systems (SAP/IFS), ensuring correct labelling and documentation.
• Resolve issues with incoming items and parts, providing 24/7 consultation as needed.
• Support and guide less experienced warehouse employees.

Apply if you have most of the following:

• Completed MAVO/VMBO education.
• Experience in a logistics role.
• Knowledge of warehouse/production regulations and procedures.
• Good communication skills in Dutch; ability to read English.
• Strong organisational skills, accuracy, and manual dexterity.
• Proactive, flexible, independent, and customer-focused.
• Eligible for NL MoD security clearance.
• Full driving licence
• Forklift licence/permit (Desirable)
