Meiyume is looking for a Marketing & Communication Assistant (6 months internship), to join the Paris office, ideally starting in December 2025.

In collaboration with the Marketing team and Design Team, your mission will be to assist the coordination and management of marketing events, create visual and editorial contents, and support communication and sales activities related to beauty and fashion trends.

LOCATION: 35 rue d'Alsace, 92300 Levallois-Perret, France

MISSIONS:

1) Events/Design/Trends (80%)

External/Internal events

• Manage stand organization and support event organizers
• Track and manage event-related expenses
• Coordinate external communications: newsletters and social media
• Collaborate with the sales team to define products to exhibit
• Manage and communicate the presence planning for booth staffing
• Assist on-site booth setup and takedown, coordinating with all relevant partners and vendors

Communication & Design support

• Plan and create visual and editorial content aligned with the Secondary Pack Content Calendar for social medias
• Support Design Team & Sales Team for presentation (moodboards, storytelling,..)
• Help to make trends research, accessories, according to the beauty and fashion market

2) Operational Marketing (20%)

• Produce regional marketing content in line with business objectives
• Keep the Master Deck updated with new launches and technical details
• Develop and deliver beauty trend presentations tailored for EMEA clients
• Ensure product displays in showrooms are up to date with the latest launches
• Handle diverse tasks, including designing PowerPoint presentations, creating client marketing decks.

PROFILE:

Hard skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Illustrator / InDesign / Photoshop) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel)
• Advanced level of English (both oral and written).

Soft skills

• Strong interest in products and sensitivity to fashion culture
• Able to thrive in a collaborative, team-oriented setting
• Strong interpersonal skills and cultural adaptability
• Capacity to manage multiple projects effectively
