About the Role
At Hargreaves Lansdown our customer helpdesk provides support for 1200 users using Salesforce Service Cloud Platform. As our organisation continues to grow and evolve, we are expanding our Salesforce team and implementing Data Cloud Solutions. We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Administrator to form part of a dedicated team supporting our Helpdesk Colleagues. There are 3 Admins, 1 Developer and additional resources for BA and QA when required. You will focus on managing and optimising the Salesforce platform, with a specific emphasis on using Data Cloud to enhance customer insights and drive business outcomes.
What You'll Be Doing
- Working with the business stakeholders to provide solutions based on your knowledge of Salesforce Service Cloud and Data Cloud.
- Ensuring the Salesforce platform and Data Cloud work together to deliver a comprehensive view of the customer.
- Providing customer insights to our colleagues and use data cloud to make use of Einstein and Agentforce capabilities.
- Designing and implementing data models within Data Cloud to represent customer data from various sources.
- Connecting to and ingesting data from different sources into Data Cloud, transforming and cleansing the data as needed. (Snowflake, AWS)
- Creating segments of customers based on various attributes and behaviours and activating these segments in downstream systems like marketing automation platforms or personalised experiences.
- Ensuring seamless integration between Salesforce, Data Cloud, and other relevant systems to enable a unified view of the customer.
- Using Data Cloud insights to power AI-driven personalisation, recommendations, insights and automation within Salesforce and other connected systems.
About You
- Proven experience with Salesforce Data Cloud. This includes building and configuring the platform, managing users and permissions, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring data quality and security.
- Good communication, problem-solving, and project management skills to effectively support users and drive adoption.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, accomplished in forging effective relationships at all levels.
- Solution focused mindset, with the ability to use own experience to develop innovative solutions and resolve complex issues.
- Ability to work, and be resilient, in a fast paced and changeable environment.
Interview Process
This will be a two-stage interview process consisting of an introductory conversation and a competency-based interview with technical assessment.
Working Schedule
We are based in Bristol, BS1 5HL. This role is permanent, full time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday. We have returned to the office, however for this role we offer a flexible working pattern to enable you the option of working from home and coming into the office.
