Kardex Remote Support Specialist

Location: Sweden or Denmark (Nordic region) Languages: English and Swedish or Danish (professional proficiency)

Your tasks

Be the go-to partner for customers across the Nordics: remote troubleshooting, maintenance, updates, consulting and minor enhancements.

Evolve and develop existing solutions with our Life Cycle Service (LCS) team—spot needs, shape fixes, deliver value and make sure our customers have the best possible solution for their needs.

Act as a brand ambassador: set clear expectations, keep stakeholders in the loop, and build long-term trust.

Ways of working (travel & setup)

Occasional Nordic travel for on-site visits when remote support and consultancy isn't enough.

What's mandatory vs. nice to have

Mandatory:

  • Experience installing/supporting software remotely and on-site.
  • Comfort with MS Windows environments and MS SQL.
  • Familiarity with industrial communication/interfaces; integrating mechatronic systems with WMS/ERP.
  • Exposure to fieldbus systems (e.g., CAN, IO-Link, Powerlink)
  • Clear, calm communication and a collaborative, pragmatic style.

Nice to have:

  • Logistics background
  • Experience with B&R control systems
  • Additional Nordic language.
