Your Tasks

• Perform various maintenance and repair work on installed equipment and systems
• Complete tasks on time according to established quality standards
• Provide service on customer request
• PLC troubleshooting and diagnosis
• Basic troubleshooting for software drivers
• Diagnose issues remotely, by phone or via another connection
• Determine when products need to be modernized or replaced, solve problems, and help fix malfunctions
• Promote our products and services to the customer and ensure that the customer service staff is adequately instructed
• Handle administrative management tasks (reporting, personal inventory of spare parts, etc.)
• Perform periodic breakdown services
• Comply with local health and safety regulations
• Generate leads
• Train customers on operational and maintenance areas, health, and safety

Your Profile

• Education: Electro-mechanical/Electronics diploma or similar experience acquired
• Experience and knowledge: You have a natural affinity for customer contact and enjoy working in the field
• You have knowledge of PLC troubleshooting
• You are familiar with diagnostic methods
• You have a technical/mechanical/electronic background
• You are familiar with industrial communication (CAN bus, Ethernet, etc.) and with Health & Safety on site
• You see the bigger picture and can understand customer problems well
• You are willing to work outside of office hours (weekends or evenings)
• You are periodically available for on-call duty
• You are not afraid to work at heights
• You are willing to travel (Benelux)
• You speak fluent Dutch
• Knowledge of French and English is a plus
• You have a driver's license
• Expertise in Conveyor systems or Cooling systems and/or Autostore is a plus!
