Service Coordinator

As a Service Coordinator, you are the central figure in organizing, planning, and executing service and maintenance activities within our service team. You are the point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring that all service projects are delivered on time, within budget, and with the desired quality.

Your tasks:

  • Planning and coordinating service and maintenance activities.
  • Maintaining contact with customers and internal stakeholders for any questions or issues.
  • Monitoring the progress, deadlines, quality, and agreements of ongoing service projects.
  • Thinking about improvements in processes and service delivery, focusing on efficiency and customer satisfaction.
  • Reporting to management on the status of service activities.

Your profile:

  • You have strong communication skills and are customer-oriented.
  • You work structured, are good at planning, and keep an overview.
  • You react flexibly to unexpected situations.
  • Experience in a service-oriented role is preferred, but not a hard requirement.
  • You are proactive, deployable, think along, and have a "can do" mentality.
  • You have excellent command of Dutch, both verbally and in writing; French is a plus.
