Kardex Mlog Sales And Business Development Manager

Kardex Mlog is a leading European provider of integrated material handling systems and automated high-bay warehouses. Your Tasks

  • Drive growth by leading business development and project-based sales in the UK market
  • Leverage your existing network to identify and develop opportunities in system integration projects
  • Represent Kardex Mlog at industry events, trade fairs, and customer meetings
  • Support our customers to find the best technical solution for their needs.
  • Collaborate closely with the international Mlog Sales and Solution Design team along with UK-based colleagues from Kardex Remstar
  • Help shape the local growth strategy and long-term expansion in the region

Your Profile

  • Senior-level experience in sales, business development, or technical project sales within intralogistics, automation, or warehouse systems
  • A strong existing network in the UK's material handling or automation sectors
  • A proven ability to generate sustainable sales growth in complex B2B environments
  • Willingness to travel across the UK, and quarterly to Germany or Austria
  • A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently
  • Strong collaboration skills for working across international teams
