As a Central Commercial Business Analyst, you transform data into actionable insights that drive strategic decisions across Sales and After-Sales. You develop global reports and dashboards, identify trends and opportunities, and highlight areas for improvement to enhance efficiency, cut costs, and support growth. Collaborating closely with stakeholders worldwide, you ensure insights are accurate, accessible, and delivered through intuitive BI tools—turning data into real business impact.

Your tasks

• Shape the Future: Build and optimize KPIs, dashboards, and global reports that power strategic decisions
• Collaborate & Align: Work closely with IT, Finance, and regional teams to ensure reporting supports business goals
• Spot Opportunities: Analyze data to uncover trends, efficiencies, and areas for improvement
• Champion Data Excellence: Maintain high data quality and promote best practices across the organization
• Empower Teams: Enhance reporting tools and deliver training to help users make smarter, data-driven decisions

Your profile

• Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Data Science, or related field
• Strong foundation in statistics and data analysis; Python is a plus.
• Experience with ERP, FSM, and CRM systems
• Proven experience in commercial reporting and analysis
• Hands-on expertise with BI tools (Power BI, Qlik, Tableau) and advanced MS Office skills
• Skilled in data manipulation, transformation, and visualization
• Understanding of sales and after-sales processes
• Experience delivering user training
• Fluent in English (additional languages a plus)
