Key Account Manager

As a Key Account Manager, you will manage exciting customer projects, drive the sales of our service offerings, and shape the development of our service organization.

Your tasks:

  • Management and regular visits of existing customers in your region
  • Proactive sales of our service offerings and implementation of service plan figures
  • Acquisition of new customers and building long-term customer relationships
  • Creation of offers and conducting contract negotiations
  • Ensuring high customer satisfaction through close cooperation with internal specialist departments

Your profile:

  • Completed studies in electrical engineering, mechatronics, mechanical engineering, or business administration with a technical background or comparable qualification
  • Solid technical knowledge in mechanics and control technology as well as business know-how
  • Very good German and English language skills
  • Experience in customer service, ideally in the key account or sales environment
  • Practical experience with ERP systems (Navision preferred) and initial experience in the intralogistics industry are desirable
  • Extroverted personality with a strong sales focus
  • High willingness to travel (approx. 50%) and flexibility
