Reporting to the FSP Training & Capability Manager, this role will be one of the key members of the team that will deliver the learning experience of our major business change programme and bring it to life. Key components of the role will be creating and ensuring training schedules and all things training logistics are created and managed effectively to meet the needs of each business unit.
Using your logistical expertise, attention to detail and advanced excel skills, you will generate FSP specific training schedules and associated logistics for the effective delivery of the training programme to all areas of the business in line with the Training Delivery Plan.
