Reporting to the FSP Training & Capability Manager, this role will be one of the key members of the team that will deliver the learning experience of our major business change programme and bring it to life. Key components of the role will be creating and ensuring training schedules and all things training logistics are created and managed effectively to meet the needs of each business unit.

Using your logistical expertise, attention to detail and advanced excel skills, you will generate FSP specific training schedules and associated logistics for the effective delivery of the training programme to all areas of the business in line with the Training Delivery Plan.

We're looking for someone with:

  • MS Office proficiency with advanced excel skills.
  • Proven data validation and management skills.
  • Advanced organisational skills, absolute attention to detail and able to handle multiple assignments with changing priorities.
  • Hands on experience co-ordinating multiple training events in large organisations operating from numerous locations. Trans-Tasman knowledge is desirable.
  • Working knowledge of Learning Management Systems and web delivery tools.
  • Basic understanding of JavaScript.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to deliver results within a programme environment that requires agility and resilience.
