• Relevant qualifications in Civil Engineering, along with familiarity or experience with New Zealand standards

• Extensive experience in civil and infrastructure projects

• Exceptional organisational and communication abilities, including strong client and stakeholder relationship management skills

• A genuine drive to achieve business success, backed by sound commercial judgement

• Superior leadership and mentoring capabilities

• Demonstrated success in delivering projects punctually and within financial constraints

• A strong commitment to health, safety, and environmental best practices
