Assistant In Supply Service

Our Offer: As an assistant in supply service, you will support our supply service team in various tasks. For this role, we offer a minimum annual gross salary of approximately €45,000 (full-time basis) depending on your experience and qualifications. The position is temporary until April 2027 and can be performed in full-time as well as part-time.

Your Tasks:

• You will fully engage in our ICare initiative, which ensures a safe, healthy, and sustainable working environment.
• You will support our team in the creation, maintenance, and evaluation of statistics as well as in stock availability checks.
• You will coordinate deliveries to external warehouses and ensure smooth communication with shipping, storage, and transport responsibilities.
• You will monitor the incoming and outgoing bookings and ensure that the inventories are correctly maintained.
• You will create invoices, check monthly pallet calculations, and assist with delivery processing to other Essity locations.
• You will work closely with the customer service team, especially in order entry, delivery note creation, and claim processing.

Your Profile:

• You have a completed commercial education or experience in a comparable position.
• Your IT skills include user knowledge in MS Office, and SAP is a plus.
• You combine good teamwork and communication skills with high self-initiative and flexibility.
