We're looking for a Regional Key Account Manager for Abruzzo and Lazio to join our committed and friendly commercial sales team to work on our Drugstores and Wholesales Accounts Channel. Our main retailer brands include everyday hygiene essentials such as Tena, Nuvenia, Tempo and Demakup and you will be working on all these with your customers, utilizing your cross functional experience to be able to deliver a growth agenda.

Manage a group of Drugstores and Wholesales Accounts to achieve designated sales target levels by developing profitable business with new and existing customers. Responsible for the direct sales process.
Build, maintain and retain long-term commercial relationships with customers and ensure delivery of excellent customer service for allocated customers negotiating plan and conditions
Prepare short and long-range sales plans and strategies utilizing available sales and marketing programs to reach nominated targets
Analyze Sales Data for multiple scopes such as: Targeting, Forecasting and Budgeting
Introduce new products and services to clients and organize visits to current and potential clients to drive sales expansion
Collaborate actively with Field Sales Representatives on qualitative and quantitative activities directly on Point of Sales
Proactively look for opportunities to grow sales, whilst achieving company profit targets
Gather and apply detailed product knowledge as well as thorough knowledge of client's business
University Degree in Business Management, Marketing or a similar academic background
About 4/5 years of previous experience in a Sales or Customer Marketing role in the FMCG Industry
Background in Chemical, Personal Care or Pet Food Industry is a plus
Willingness to relocate to Abruzzo, preferably in Pescara area
Fluency in English
Analytical Skills and familiarity with MS Office and Nielsen for Data Analysis
Resilience, proactiveness and customer focus to ensure development of strong business relationships internally and externally
Team Collaboration and good communication skills
Proactivity in leading multiple projects at the same time
