Packaging Engineer

Execute and support in the development of projects and improvement of production and quality processes to achieve greater productivity, improve the performance of packaging and process and provide effective solutions to the needs of the manufacturing area, potentiating the brands through the developments of packaging in each of the categories.

You will:

• Provide solutions to the productive process, in front of packaging needs on a day to day basis.
• Identify opportunities for improvement and savings in the productive process of packaging.
• Support the manufacturing teams in the continuous improvement of the packaging processes of the different products.
• Develop the specifications of packaging technical sheets for the productive process, which includes (text orientation, appearance of packaging, design of seals, image, among others).
• Elaborate the technical sheets of raw materials and finished products, based on both internal requirements and supplier specifications.
• Communicate and verify the novelties in changes of packaging, counts and/or improvements or upgrade of product catorcena to catorcena ensuring that the plants of production and maquila have the necessary packaging instructions for the process.
• Plan and support the development of packaging tests in plant and support the Product Analysts in the runs of tests.

You are:

Education: Professional in Product Design Engineering, Industrial Design, Mechanical Engineering, Material Engineering, related processes.

Experience: 2 to 3 years in productive processes, development of packaging, product development.

Knowledge: Design software (planimetry, 3D, logistics), materials, machinery and/or packaging processes. Additionally, skills to perform calculations and attention to detail.

Language: Conversational English (B1-B2).
