Key Account Manager For Health & Medical
We are looking for a new team member for the position of Key Account Manager for the Health & Medical division for the Czech market. The key customers will be large hospitals, polyclinics, hospital pharmacies, and other defined customer groups. The person in this position will be responsible for the region consisting of districts within the Pardubice, Moravian-Silesian, and Olomouc regions.
The person will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and developing trade in the field of health care products for incontinence and a selected medical portfolio. The goal is to achieve business results with key customers and potential key customers. They will report to the Channel Sales Manager.

What will be your main tasks and responsibilities?
- Finding key people in relevant departments, establishing and developing cooperation, providing continuous support and communication
 - Analysis of business opportunities and conditions associated with cooperation with key customers
 - Independent preparation, creation, and implementation of business plans for key customers (business terms, prices, discounts, list of activities, time schedules, project management, profitability, etc.)
 - Proactive implementation of business strategy and tactics within the entrusted region and achieving business results with key customers
 - Negotiation with key customers based on pre-established business strategies for successful cooperation
 - Monitoring competitor activities
 - Effective communication and cooperation within the sales team and other departments of ESSITY, both nationally and internationally
 - Achieving sales plans through designated activities with the aim of reaching quarterly and annual targets, reporting in CRM, etc.
 
If you meet the following requirements, you are the ideal candidate:
- You have communication and strong negotiating skills in a complex business environment (achieving financial and non-financial goals)
 - You can create and maintain effective customer relationships, have experience in creating and implementing valuable business offers
 - You have analytical, strategic thinking and a sense for business. You have experience in cooperation and effective communication in a broader team (Marketing, Customer Service, Sales Team, etc.). You are organized, able to focus on several activities at once and prioritize
 - You are proficient in basic financial calculations and terms. Your long-term knowledge of R(x) and OTC environment, contacts is a great advantage
 - Knowledge of relevant laws in the area of health care product reimbursement, advertising regulation, and ethical standards is an advantage
 - You are flexible, proactive, and have the ambition to achieve results
 - You master MS Office tools – MS Excel – advanced knowledge, knowledge of SAP/Analysis is an advantage
 - Travel within the Czech Republic does not pose a problem for you, you have a driver’s license category B
 - You speak Czech and English fluently at B2 level
 - You reside within the region
