HR Specialist

Responsible for talent management processes for the assigned population acting as a business partner of the business, with the objective of managing and implementing the strategies and challenges established by the area and the business, seeking to fulfill our purpose of breaking down barriers for well-being.

What you will do:

• Receive, attend to and manage the requirements of internal clients, regarding training, compensation, special projects, quality of life and other activities required for the alignment and development of talent.
• Follow up on the process of linking and promoting people both internally and externally.
• Manage and ensure the correct flow of information and data in the information platforms: Workday and SAP.
• Carry out disciplinary processes and support to action plans derived from them.
• Participate in dialogue tables with the union organization and manage union permits.
• Prepare the required reports and reports of the processes in charge.
• Manage the fulfillment of management indicators.
• Prepare under the parameters defined in the company, the compensation proposals for employees who are to be promoted or hired in the organization.

Who we are looking for:

• Professional in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Engineer, administrative engineering, social communication, international business, law, sociology, social work desirable with specialization in administration or human resources.
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a generalist of human resources processes in companies of mass consumption or product marketers with more than 500 workers.
• Desirable participation in cultural transformation and change projects and companies with a union.
• Accustomed to handling and processing high volumes of information to carry out its processes.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• B1 level English.
• Result orientation, interpersonal skills, handling ambiguity, problem-solving capacity and work under pressure.
