Purpose:
The Sr. Manager, Operations Support will lead a team of configuration specialists and subject matter experts within an operations support environment. Acting as Product Owner, this role will collaborate with business and technical teams to solve complex problems and deliver timely, effective solutions. The ideal candidate will possess a broad understanding of administrative platforms, integrations, and cross-functional dependencies, and will be responsible for clear, strategic communication across stakeholders and leadership.
