Internships will run from mid-May to early August. Interviews and hiring decisions expect to be completed prior to mid-November, with some being completed as early as late September. Qualified candidates must be enrolled at an accredited college or university for Fall term 2026.

As a Research Analyst intern for Athene's Marketing team, you will have the opportunity to learn how retail distribution and customer research is conducted, data analyzed and reported across the organization. Athene's retail distribution channel serves customers in all 50 states, providing products in the retirement savings market, including fixed (FA) and fixed indexed annuity (FIA) and registered index-linked annuity (RILA) products. The ideal candidate will have a passion and curiosity for understanding data and developing insights to support business goals. In this role you will support the Research team's initiatives and provide exposure to multiple marketing disciplines including data & analytics, integrated and product marketing, content, email automation, media and more.

Accountabilities:

• Learn how market research is conducted in a business-to-business environment
• Structure, analyze and develop research findings for qualitative and quantitative data.
• Present research findings to leadership to drive positive experience results.
• Explore third party data and industry reports to identify relevant insights to support business initiatives
• Leveraging analytical and visualization tools to analyze, compile datasets and develop insights for stakeholders
• Collaborate to explore how insights can be utilized within promotions and campaigns.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Marketing, Market Research, Economics, Analytics, or related field of study.
• Experience with Qualtrics, Tableau, databases, large data sets a plus
• Creative problem-solver who is detail-oriented
• Strong collaborator with excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with ability to manage multiple projects
