About This Role

As a working student, you will support our Berlin based EU HR team in all areas of human resources. You will get to know many different aspects of our day-to-day business in an internationally company. We offer you the opportunity to gain professional exposure in many areas of human resources field.

As a working student in the human resources department, you will:

• Support the HR department in day-to-day operations, e.g. contract management and personnel administration, new joiner onboarding, employee queries, correspondence, reference letters, document's filing, controlling, monitoring
• Support with creation of statistics and reports
• Assist with various administrative tasks, such as creation of employee documents and maintenance of the systems, ensuring data accuracy
• Create, document and follow up on administrative tickets
• Create, maintain and update internal wikis and intranet pages
