Amazon's Delivery Station Liaison Agents are directly in contact with our customers. They ensure that missed deliveries are successfully re-delivered and customer inquiries are handled effectively. Whatever our customers need, you respond promptly to their inquiries and ensure a seamless customer experience. Key job responsibilities include contacting customers, investigating and resolving delivery issues, if necessary in collaboration with our logistics teams and delivery partners, maintaining daily, weekly, and monthly records of customer inquiry status, adhering to work instructions, and protecting customer data, and supporting internal communication, including with presentations, and contributions to programs for continuous improvement and internal engagement. A day in the life You work in one of our last-mile distribution centers, which includes Amazon's most modern technologies. During the shipment and delivery of orders, you communicate as needed with our logistics centers, as well as our partners, delivery companies, and customers when they need help or information. If customers need to reschedule deliveries, you notify our delivery partners accordingly. Delivery problems that you notice, you resolve promptly so that our customers enjoy a great experience every time without having to contact Amazon. You work in the heart of Amazon's logistics and develop the required expertise in both logistics and excellent customer service, which sets Amazon apart from others. You are in contact with our customers every day and use your in-depth understanding of our supply chains as well as your knowledge of local delivery routes and warehouses.
