Are you ready to solve transportation mysteries and help Amazon deliver world-class service to our customers? If so, we're looking for a motivated candidate to join our AU TOM team in Horsley Park. As a Transportation Specialist, you will be a vital member of Amazon Transportation Services, playing a key role in the safe and efficient movement of freight across our yard and network. Your responsibilities will include overseeing trailer moves, coordinating yard activities (including check-in, traffic flow, and internal communications with dock teams), conducting yard audits and inductions, and ensuring safe load quality for transport. You will manage Trailer Dock and Release (TDR) operations, including trailer docking procedures, safety equipment compliance, dock door management, and the safe release and departure of trailers from the yard. You will also support driver training programs (including Hostler and CDL School) as assigned, in line with business needs across Amazon's transportation network. This role requires flexibility to work across day and night shifts.
