Key Job Responsibilities

As Team Manager, you will be responsible for:

• Managing a team of ML Data Associates.
• Executing plans for the team to handle multiple ML queues within a defined process area.
• Identifying risks and ensuring proper escalation; maintaining confidentiality and compliance.
• Responsible for meeting SLAs and task completion targets for specific queues within capacity limits.
• Collaborating with internal and external teams to achieve business goals.
• Analyzing data to highlight trends and gaps; reporting key metrics.
• Presenting data during business meetings and reviews.
• Designing and implementing process improvement projects affecting team performance; participating in new workflow rollout projects.
• Providing guidance on work types and prioritization; managing straightforward objectives as well as ad hoc requests.
• Creating and implementing performance improvement plans for associates; offering regular coaching and feedback on quality, performance, behavior, and career development.
• Managing team performance based on metrics and deliverables.
• Holding team members accountable for performance, adherence to rules, and guidelines.
• Support hiring and training of new Associates.

A Day in the Life

As Team Manager, you will be responsible to:

• Manage & monitor performance on job or queue adherence, volume, and quality.
• Support hiring and training of new Associates.
• Ensure productivity is maximized through supervision, training, analysis, and feedback of performance data on a periodic basis.
• Track quality and utilization metrics.
• Provide regular, formal & informal feedback to direct reports.
• Identify and help implement process-related improvement using methodologies.
• Communicate effectively.
