About the Role: We are seeking a CN-based strategic leader to own and drive the China Go-To-Market team for MCCF services—primarily Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment (MCF) and Buy with Prime (BwP). This role leads the MCCF Sales and Account Management team in CN and also oversees Program Managers, Customer Success Managers, and Business Development roles that report into the team. The role requires close collaboration with international MCCF stakeholders, mainly in the US, and with AGL and AGS stakeholders as part of Amazon supply shain services vision. This role will be owning the overarching strategy, revenue/units goals, and cross-functional alignment for MCCF in CN. The role is integrated with the MCCF org (HQ in Seattle) and reports to the CN AGL leader in Beijing.
