Marketing Lead

Amazon Autos is seeking a skilled marketing lead with the flexibility to manage changing priorities, the thoughtfulness to do what's in the best interest of the business, and the desire to always keep the trains running smoothly. The ideal candidate would be a highly motivated, self-directed, enthusiastic person who works well under pressure and can thrive in a deadline driven atmosphere. The role requires you to be a person who can quickly get to know our business well and managing multiple channels and campaigns at once.

Responsibilities include:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, strategizing objectives, audience segmentation, and content creation to achieve business goals
  • Refine marketing attribution models and continually analyze marketing campaigns across various platforms including social media, email, and search engines to determine which efforts to adjust and scale
  • Manage and maintain website content and optimize for SEO
  • Monitor and report in content creation, strategy, Google Analytics, email marketing, and paid social advertising
  • Manage and maintain social media accounts, including creating content and community management
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in digital marketing
  • Collaborate with multiple teams (e.g. Agency, business, program & technical teams) to help drive marketing tools
  • Manage day-to-day work allocation and perform quality audit on the deliverables
  • Clear understanding on the digital marketing strategies done via different platforms
  • Has an understanding on the metrics that are used to measure the success of the marketing promotions that are done
  • Operate in an ambiguous environment to define new business practices and standard operating procedures
  • Create and drive business requirements for both process improvement and technical solutions
  • Be a subject matter expert to inform recommended strategies that meet operating goals
  • The role will require the candidate to quickly understand SLA, Metrics, Deliverables and work towards achieving Goals
  • In addition the candidate should have attention to detail, good communication skills, and a professional demeanor
  • Creating and scheduling standalone campaigns with a clear focus on devising strategies to drive traffic and engagement
  • Working with teams to gather learning about how internal marketing tools are managed, maintained and continue to build use cases that build efficiencies in developing operational excellence
