We are looking for a leader into our Fulfillment team to own and drive the vision to build next generation fulfillment platform to achieve our mission.

About the Opportunity: The Value Added Services (VAS) team (also popularly known as Amazon Home Services (AHS)) in Hyderabad, India is building a WW Services platform which enables Amazon to seamlessly integrate professional services (including home improvement, installation, maintenance, and lifestyle services) with product purchases. We're building a first-of-its-kind ecosystem that connects qualified service professionals with customers while maintaining the highest standards of trust, safety, and customer satisfaction.

Ideal Background: Proven track record of leading complex technical initiatives and engineering teams. Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud architecture, and scalable platforms. Experience with marketplace, fulfillment, or on-demand service platforms. Good business acumen and ability to translate strategic goals into technical solutions. Excellence in stakeholder management and executive communication. Passion for building customer-centric solutions.
