Our AI-powered web products transform recruitment by providing real-time insights, detecting patterns, and surfacing hiring anomalies through natural language queries. Rooted in simplicity, scalability, and sustainability, HIRISE serves as ITA's central intelligence hub, enabling global stakeholders to make data-driven decisions. Our innovative solutions combine traditional evaluation methods with conversational AI to create effective recruiting processes while predicting hiring trends.
