Delivery partners are independent medium- and large-sized businesses responsible for transporting packages from delivery stations to customers. The ideal candidate is a motivated self-starter who can operate effectively in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with minimal guidance. Good communication skills and the ability to prioritize effectively are essential. The role also requires collaboration with cross-functional and globally distributed teams.

As an SDE in the team, you will be responsible for:

• Take full ownership of product and feature development across all phases, from design through production.
• Deliver high-quality, scalable, and highly available solutions with a good focus on reliability.
• Collaborate closely with engineering partners to refine designs and optimize implementation.
• Drive project planning, execution, and delivery while meeting established timelines and commitments.
• Contribute to the hiring, mentoring, and development of technical talent within the team.
• Develop and implement quality plans, project strategies, test approaches, and processes in partnership with business and program stakeholders.
• Advance innovation by driving best practices and contributing to intellectual property development.
