Software Engineer For Amazon Now Team

We are looking for a software engineer for the Amazon Now team to help ensure we have a compelling and friction-free 'delivery in minutes' experience available to our customers, and help drive continuous innovation and improvement of the delivery experience across all phases of shopping, buying, and post-purchase. This is a true 0→1 opportunity where your code will directly impact how millions of customers shop on Amazon Now.

Key job responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable customer-facing applications and backend services for the Amazon Now platform
• Collaborate with senior SDEs, principal engineers, TPMs, and product managers to define technical solutions that solve customer problems at scale
• Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code following Amazon's engineering best practices
• Participate in code reviews, design discussions, and technical planning sessions
• Own the full software development lifecycle from design through deployment and operations
• Drive continuous improvement in system performance, reliability, and seller experience
• Mentor junior engineers and contribute to raising the engineering bar across the team
• Work in a fast-paced, agile environment with rapid iteration cycles
