Linear programming continues to be a very large and active form of content streaming and engagement by customers worldwide, even with the acceleration of cord-cutting. Live sports accounted for 97 of the top-100 most watched broadcasts in the US in 2024. Future Fire TV experience will blur the boundaries between linear and VOD, live, on-demand and short-form.
