We're looking for a Lifecycle Manager to develop and deliver engagement programs that delight our customers and deepen their relationship with Amazon. This person will design, test and scale engagement strategies to increase customer adoption of key shopping benefits. You will flex your analytical and creative abilities as you design, experiment and build out marketing programs that help customers experience and understand how Amazon can help provide greater value and strengthen customer engagement.
In this role, you will own the experimentation strategy to determine the best way to set up new engagement program tests to achieve the desired learnings. You will lead program execution across owned and operated channels including Amazon's homepage, cross-site placements, email, landing page destinations and more. You will also partner with other teams to analyze the results and report out key insights to senior leadership. To be successful, you will be naturally curious, thrive in ambiguity, be willing to roll up your sleeves to get things done and obsess about how to serve our customers better. This role requires the ability to move quickly and use a test and learn approach to develop scalable marketing programs.
This is a high impact, high visibility role and the ideal candidate would have experience working closely with marketing, product, analytics, and technology teams to build out and optimize programs over time. You will also cross-share learnings with Global teams to share best practices and insights.
