  5. Define and enforce code quality standards, testing strategies, and documentation requirements across projects
  6. Proactively identify and resolve complex technical challenges while implementing preventive measures
  7. Design and implement privacy-preserving features that protect customer data without compromising system functionality
  8. Participate in building high-performing teams through technical interviews and making data-driven hiring recommendations
