About This Role

As a Senior Software Development Engineer, it's up to you to contribute to defining, designing and refining the tech that keeps us one step ahead of listeners, while leveraging cutting edge technologies. Anticipate. Innovate. Bring challenging ideas and we'll support you with the latest tech, tools and systems that you need to succeed. You'll work collaboratively with the team, contributing to solutions that overcome obstacles and developing exciting, original and effective approaches. Working alongside experienced engineers, you'll help build and maintain our platform to bring thousands of stories to millions of listeners and unleash the power of the human voice.

About The Team

Joining our team provides the unique challenge and opportunity to deliver software that benefits many customers around the world. Marketing Technology (MarTech) team's mission is to develop systems and tools that enable marketers to provide customers multi-touch, personalized and timely messages that enhance the experience of using our services. Customer journey automation and real-time targeting are examples of systems that the team works on. These systems are built using cutting edge technologies and products from AWS (including the AWS GenAI stack with services like Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and Amazon Q), building the new generation of agentic driven UI/UX that will increase market efficiency and productivity.
