We are seeking a stellar Senior Program Manager with operational experience in internet service provider/telecom obligations to join the Global Service Compliance team supporting Amazon's Project Kuiper. Amazon's Project Kuiper is an initiative to launch a constellation of Low Earth Orbit satellites that will provide low-latency, high-speed broadband connectivity to unserved and underserved communities around the world.
Kuiper Global Service Compliance (GSC) is seeking a dynamic, organized, and experienced Program Manager to guide and inform specific communications service compliance obligation workstreams. You are responsible for managing complex compliance programs, from planning through to execution, continuously surveilling the Kuiper business strategy and regulatory environment to plan and respond to change across one or more domains. Your role is focused primarily on revenue reporting and financial impacts. You collaborate with business and technical teams to deliver world-class compliance solutions that are highly scalable, secure, and flexible while maintaining a strong organizational focus. You work with stakeholders and multiple business teams to identify, define, and iterate solutions for 1 or more compliance domains. You are a deep subject matter expert in your assigned compliance workstreams and will be the face of the workstream to external stakeholders. You create dynamic plans and monitor performance and evolution of the workstream as the Kuiper business expands and changes, reporting successes, risks, and program status internally (within GSC) and externally (across Kuiper) as appropriate. You tailor your communications to specific audiences, communicating clearly and concisely to business, technical, business partner, and leadership audiences.
As a GSC PM, you oversee the compliance program approach, implementation, and optimization for 1 or more workstreams, while championing program management best practices across the GSC organization.

This position may be based in Bellevue, WA, or Arlington, VA, Earth. Some travel, domestic and international, may be required. No intergalactic travel is yet required.
