Senior Account-Based Marketing Manager

Amazon Web Services is seeking a results-driven Senior Account-Based Marketing (ABM) Manager to design and execute high-impact ABM programs for enterprise customers within the ITS Business Segment in India. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution to drive measurable business outcomes through targeted marketing initiatives focused on digital transformation and cloud adoption.

The Senior ABM Manager will own the end-to-end execution of territory ABM programs, working backwards from customer needs to create data-driven, multi-channel campaigns that accelerate pipeline and revenue growth for strategic accounts in the Indian market. This role requires strong project management skills, analytical capabilities, and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders while building strategic partnerships across enterprise technology solutions.

Key job responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive account-based marketing campaigns targeting high-value enterprise accounts in the ITS Business Segment in India
  • Design and implement multi-touch, multi-channel ABM programs that align with account-specific business objectives and buying journeys
  • Create personalized engagement strategies for target accounts, including executive roundtables, customer events, and bespoke content experiences
  • Plan and execute strategic events including executive briefings, industry forums, and account-specific workshops to drive engagement and pipeline acceleration
  • Collaborate closely with sales teams to develop account plans and coordinate marketing activities that support account penetration and expansion
  • Leverage intent data and account intelligence to identify engagement opportunities and optimize campaign tactics
  • Analyze campaign performance at the account level and provide strategic, data-driven recommendations for continuous optimization
  • Manage relationships with vendors and agencies to deliver high-impact ABM programs and events
