We seek an experienced HR Partner specializing in German labor relations for our Berlin Corporate Office. This role requires: deep technical knowledge of German labor law, proven experience partnering with Works Councils, strong stakeholder management skills with cross-functional and senior leaders, and demonstrated success in labor relations with unions and Works Councils.
