Global Program & Project Manager

Amazon Ads is seeking an experienced Global Program & Project Manager for our Programmatic Solutions Consultants team. Amazon Advertising is dedicated to driving measurable outcomes for brand advertisers, agencies, authors, and entrepreneurs. Our ad solutions leverage Amazon's innovations and insights to find, attract, and engage intended audiences throughout their daily journeys. With a range of flexible pricing and buying models, these solutions help businesses build brand awareness, increase product sales, and more. Within Amazon Advertising, the Programmatic Solutions Consultants are focused on providing 'hands off' consultative services and support to advertisers and agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading large-scale initiatives focused on influencing Salesforce, Finance, and Business teams.
  • Partnering with Amazon's Programmatic Solutions Consultants globally.
  • Gathering feedback and working with subject matter experts.
  • Influencing how features are brought to Amazon's largest & most strategic advertising customers.
  • Working with a cross-functional team to create the smoothest experience for internal stakeholders and advertisers.
  • Assessing business challenges by gathering and synthesizing relevant data.
  • Building shared strategy and execution plans.
  • Creating and tracking project plans to ensure accountability.
  • Drafting executive level & team presentations.
  • Analyzing data and designing processes.
  • Recognizing and advocating for removal of systemic blockers to change.
  • Documenting best practices and learnings for future initiatives.
  • Influencing and training team members and cross-functional teams on new processes and tools.

A Day in the Life:

The right person for this role is a global strategist and operator with deep program management expertise. You will drive operational controllership and develop mechanisms to automate and operate at scale. You will collaborate directly and indirectly with teams across the N. America, EU, and APAC. The successful candidate will be strategic in thinking, analytical in approach, and have a demonstrated ability to influence the decisions through effective communication, thorough analysis, logical reasoning, and applying sound judgment. The candidate should have problem-solving capabilities and have the ability to scale resources, processes & tools to ensure accelerated business growth through clear communication, product enhancements, and partnership with technical teams and business leaders.
