Key Job Responsibilities:

• Architect, design, and build scalable, flexible, and integrated solutions for our Amazon MGM & Studios Sales, Licensing team in partnership with other technology partners/teams/leaders across the enterprise.
• Simplify and reinvent systems, processes, and tools to improve customer experiences.
• Technically lead a complex charter of building and delivering cloud services and CRM solutions.
• Jointly define strategy, vision, and roadmap of multi-year business critical cloud technology solution which will be rolled out to the Amazon and AWS enterprise.
• Define technical initiatives to drive cost optimization across various CRM, and internal Amazon environments.
• Bring thought leadership to manage availability, latency, and performance of our mission critical tools, services.
